1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Olungu website at olungu.com and the Olungu browser extension (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Olungu is an AI-powered browser extension that helps you stay focused by intelligently classifying web pages and blocking distracting content. The Service is offered in both a free tier and paid subscription tiers. The free tier includes a daily cap on AI classifications and reduced analytics access. Paid plans expand those limits and unlock additional analytics features.

3. Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google sign-in. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Free Tier

Olungu offers a free tier that does not expire. Free-tier limits may include capped AI classifications per day and restricted analytics. We may update free-tier limits or feature access over time.

5. Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly.
• Payment is processed automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• When you cancel, billing stops at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to all features until the end of that cycle.
• No refunds. All payments are final and non-refundable. Since we offer a free tier, we encourage you to evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. AI Classification

Olungu uses automated classification to help determine whether a page matches your focus setup. While we strive for accuracy, AI classifications may not always be correct or available. You acknowledge that the Service may occasionally misclassify pages, and you can challenge decisions or override behavior using your rules and settings. We are not liable for consequences arising from incorrect or unavailable classifications.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of Olungu. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI classifications.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Olungu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or productivity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
