Yes, free tier is available right away and does not require a card. Guest mode includes 10 free AI classifications. Signed-in users get 50 free AI classifications per day for 7 days, then 20 AI classifications per day after that. Stay on Free as long as it works for you, and upgrade only when you want more AI coverage, analytics, or account-linked sync.
Pro removes the standard free limit on AI classifications, giving you much more room for heavy use. Fair use still applies so the shared system stays fast and reliable for everyone. This note is there to prevent abuse, not to limit normal usage. In typical use, it should not be an issue. If you are on Pro and regularly run into fair use limits during normal use, contact support.
Olungu supports three AI modes: Managed AI for the easiest setup, BYOK when you want to use your own provider key, and Local Models / Ollama when you want page classification to run against a model on your own machine.
Olungu has two storage choices. Local keeps product data in this browser. Cloud Sync syncs settings, goals, and history across browsers when you enable it and your access mode supports it. Managed AI and Cloud Sync are convenience paths; local-only storage, BYOK, and local models remain explicit user choices. Read our full privacy policy.
Yes. Choose Local Models / Ollama in the extension dashboard, point Olungu at your localhost Ollama endpoint, and keep classification on your machine. BYOK is separate: provider keys are entered in the extension and stored locally. Read the Ollama setup guide.
It is rare but possible. AI can make the wrong call on ambiguous pages, so Olungu includes a challenge flow for bad blocks and lets you add hard rules when you want certainty.
Yes. You can cancel anytime from Billing Management by signing in and clicking the Manage my billing button in the dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your paid access continues through the end of your current billing period.

Subscription payments are not refundable. You can cancel subscriptions anytime to prevent future payments, but past payments are non-refundable. If canceled, subscription access continues through the end of the current billing period.
