HOW IT WORKS

How Olungu decides what to block.

Set your task, keep useful pages open, and let Olungu help catch distractions. Add rules or challenge a decision when you need to.

1

Set your task.

Tell Olungu what you are working on and what tends to distract you.

2

Keep useful pages. Catch distracting ones.

Olungu checks the page in the context of your task, so the same site can be useful for one job and a detour for another.

Product basics, pricing, privacy, mistakes, and cancellation, explained clearly.

Olungu is a browser extension for people who lose time to tab drift. It checks page context against your current task and distraction profile, then backs that up with hard rules when you want certainty.
Olungu works in desktop Chrome, Edge, Brave, Dia, and Firefox, plus Firefox for Android version 142 or newer. Open the Android add-on link in Firefox on your Android phone. iPhone browsers do not support these extensions; view the Chrome listing there and install later on a computer.
Use the Chrome Web Store for Chrome, Edge, Brave, Dia and other Chromium browsers, or Firefox Add-ons for desktop Firefox. On Android, open the Firefox for Android add-on in Firefox.
Yes, free tier is available right away and does not require a card. Guest mode includes 10 free AI classifications. Signed-in users get 50 free AI classifications per day for 7 days, then 20 AI classifications per day after that. Stay on Free as long as it works for you, and upgrade only when you want more AI coverage, analytics, or account-linked sync.
Pro removes the standard free limit on AI classifications, giving you much more room for heavy use. Fair use still applies so the shared system stays fast and reliable for everyone. This note is there to prevent abuse, not to limit normal usage. In typical use, it should not be an issue. If you are on Pro and regularly run into fair use limits during normal use, contact support.
Olungu supports three AI modes: Managed AI for the easiest setup, BYOK when you want to use your own provider key, and Local Models / Ollama when you want page classification to run against a model on your own machine.
Olungu has two storage modes, set by your plan. Free and Plus use Local: product data stays in this browser. Pro uses Cloud Sync: settings, goals, and history sync across your signed-in extension browsers. Free includes a limited Managed AI allowance. Plus uses BYOK or local models; Pro includes Managed AI, BYOK, and local models with Cloud Sync. Read our full privacy policy.
Yes. Choose Local Models / Ollama in the extension dashboard, point Olungu at your localhost Ollama endpoint, and keep classification on your machine. BYOK is separate: provider keys are entered in the extension and stored locally. Read the Ollama setup guide.
Yes. AI can make the wrong call, so Olungu includes a challenge flow for bad blocks and lets you add hard rules when you want certainty.
Yes. You can cancel anytime from Billing Management by signing in and clicking the Manage my billing button in the dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your paid access continues through the end of your current billing period.

Subscription payments are not refundable. You can cancel subscriptions anytime to prevent future payments, but past payments are non-refundable. If canceled, subscription access continues through the end of the current billing period.
